Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and he is registered with FINRA to hold the Series 24. His background includes a leadership role at Comdata and education from the University of Texas at Arlington (BA in Management, Minor in Finance) and Florida State University (Certificate in Financial Planning).

Originally from Dallas, Mike now lives in Cypress, Texas with his wife of 32 years, Kassie. Together they have three sons, Ryan (Emily), Jacob (Rachel), and Adam. A dedicated volunteer, Mike supports organizations like Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Helping Hands, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where he also coaches. When not working or volunteering, he enjoys hiking, swimming, disc golf, baseball, and competing as an Ironman Triathlete.

Dave Lancaster brings a distinct blend of leadership, service, and financial acumen to his role as an experienced wealth advisor. A former U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and decorated combat pilot, Dave transitioned from a distinguished military career to financial services in 2009, inspired by his father’s example and a shared passion for helping others. Since then, he has dedicated himself to guiding clients with integrity, clarity, and a steady hand, helping them meet their goals and gain confidence about their financial future.

As a primary advisor for many of the families Lancaster Wealth Management serves, Dave focuses on detailed financial planning and portfolio management. His mission is to ensure that clients feel confident their investments are well cared for, so they can focus on living their lives without added worry. Known for his accessibility and straight talk, Dave prides himself on being available when clients need him most, always offering honest advice rooted in their best interests.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and completed postgraduate work at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Before joining Steward Partners, he worked as a financial advisor with LPL Financial and Raymond James while building Lancaster Wealth Management alongside his family.

Originally from Dallas, Dave now lives in Houston, Texas, close to the office. He is active in Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church, where he has served in several leadership roles. Outside of work, Dave enjoys traveling, hiking, running, cycling, reading, and spending time with his two sons, Ian and Ben.

Caitlin plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Lancaster Wealth Management. Since joining the team in 2006, she has provided invaluable administrative and client service support to both Mike and Dave Lancaster. As a primary point of contact for client requests and account maintenance, Caitlin helps ensure that every client experience is seamless, timely, and handled with care.

Beyond responding to client needs, Caitlin manages much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the office running at a high level. From preparing reports and handling documentation to supporting day-to-day operations, she helps create the foundation that allows Mike and Dave to focus on advising clients. Known for her problem-solving skills and initiative, Caitlin is committed to providing the highest level of support so that clients feel well cared for and confident in the team.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. Having lived in several states during her childhood as her family relocated for her father’s career, she now calls Houston, Texas home.

Sherry has been part of the financial services industry since 2016, providing dedicated administrative support and client service.  She is originally from Austin and after living in New York City for nine years, has called Houston home for over 20 years. Sherry and her husband have five children and enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
